Green Card

ID #1015

What is the minimum length of contract necessary to qualify for a green card?

The job offer must be for at least 2 years, otherwise your applicant won't be accepted.

This is a hard rule and your application for a Green Card depends on this. Green Cards are given in effect to full time positions, rather than for short term contract workers. It needs to be stated on the job advertisement that the job is for at least 2 years or it is a full time position.
