Question
My fiance, Cintia is a divorced mother of 1 ten yr old, daughter qualified degree accountant, a brazilian national.Do we have to be married before she can enter Ireland with her daughter to live and work here?
Or can she apply here for green card independent of employer because she cannot presently whilst on holiday visit for 3 months apply for job without work permit. And ordinary work permit means she cannot bring her daughter! it seems only option is green card or marriage. But can i pay fee and she apply for green card and then apply for work because i will support them living with me

Answer
Seeing as she is your fiance, then you should just get married and then apply for a visa for her and the child. I'm sure she could get a holiday visa to come to Ireland and get married, or you could go to Brazil and get married there.Tags: -
