Application for green card got rejected
Hi there,
My green card application just got rejected today (So sad!). The reason being that it's rejected are:
1) I was under Stamp 1A (on the passport.I actually do not know what's the difference as I have Stamp 1 on my GNIB card)
2) As I was under this stamp which is under training, I can't get the green card. No discussion.
3) As I'm still under training and still yet to finish ACCA (3 difficult papers away!) so no green card.
The thing is, I went through the whole Green card procedure pack and I went through it with my HR officer and she was fully confident that I'd be granted the green card as she confirms I do fulfill all the necessary requirements for the card. Unfortunately, I was told by the officer that's not the case per the reasons above. I have 21 days to re-apply but I was told it would not be successful as well.
Would any of you had the same experience or would be able to advise on how I should approach this issue?
Many thanks in advance
