Maternity leave
I am working as a staff Nurse in a Nursing home,I would like to enquire about our maternity leave? how many months can I take leave? shall I get the child benefit?after 1 year can I terminate my 2 year contract? What is its procedures?

Once you have fufilled the minimum requirements to qualify for maternity leave, then you would get the same as any other Irish worker in Ireland. This can be up to 26 weeks of paid leave. read more about Irish Maternity benfit
